Maximum 2 units per Resort, per year are allowed to be confirmed. These weeks do not necessarily need to be concurrent or consecutive. Guest certificate is required for 2nd unit. Resort owners in Cabo San Lucas and San José are not allowed to book into this resort. State Lodging tax is 3% Ask resort for currency type.

Pueblo Bonito owners, cannot reserve more than 4 units concurrent / multiple at each resort. Owners not need pay for Guest Certificates if owner or co-owner of memership is travelling. It is Mandatory to include the guest's full contact information on the Guest Certificate. Studio units are one single room with no separate bedroom, no privacy.

Mandatory for all resort inbounds to print & provide the Confirmation Letter upon check in. Guests traveling to Pueblo Bonito Resorts are required to complete a mandatory Pre-Check-in before arrival. An access link will be emailed to the member 15 days before check-in. Passports of all guests traveling are required to complete the Pre-Check-in and check-in at the resort.
